I should warn you that coconut-oil and palm-kernel-oil are rather dangerous fad foods. There's no real proof that they are effective in anyway, and they are  certainly non-Palaeo in origin - only the pro-saturated-fats-brigade support them, albeit with nonexistent proof - but, even worse than that, they are the spur behind the current psychotic(and useless) biofuels craze which has helped to destroy our last remaining rainforests in the tropics, and thus helped to destroy the remainder of our most pristine, remaining environments:-

Anyway, if you care at all about the environment, avoid these two foods, and go in for more healthy foods like suet, marrow. olive-oil etc. which are, at the very least, comparably environmentally-friendly(and Palaeo).
