I think we should call it the "dietary low-fat religion".  They have
FAITH in the low-fat creed.  And no matter how many scientific studies
show that there is no benefit, they just recast the results and continue
to give the same disproven advice.

Have you ever seen the term "saturated fat" in a recent article that
did not have the words "artery-clogging" next to it?  It's a point of
faith.
