**** I like coconut oil, but I do also use butter in small quantities, mixed with other oils for its flavor value. Grapeseed oil does well at high temps and contains "reservatrol," (sp?) which I read was a good anti-oxidant.
I was just going to post a similar question to yours Todd, since I'm relatively new here too. I eat bacon 2-3 times a week; what is the general opinion of cooking with the saved bacon grease?
