Well I have only been on the WOL for about seven months but I have
discovered that cheating is pretty self limiting. The trick is to get
plenty of fat so my body stays satiated. I don't crave carbs. I cheated on
a camp out and ate one wild rice and pork mountain house meal, I became so
nausiated I thought I was going to heave for hours and probably should have
because I felt sick for three or four days afterwards. I understand that
this kind of result is not uncommon when a paleo eater breaks diet and eats
a feed lot style meal.
