Hi Everyone,
I just thought I would write you a little note here.
I want to thank you all for all the prayers about the storms, and the
other stuff, also. We didn't get any, either.
I'm just praying for all those who were in the horrible tornado in
Kansas. I have 2 neices who live in Kansas and I called one of my
sisters today, but they weren't home, so I don't know if Kari and
Tracy live in that town or not.
I guess the town is about the size of De Smet, the city we now live
in. There was a population, I think of about 1200. That is the
population of De Smet. Vernon said that that town looked like it did
in Manchester, after the tornado. It was an F5 Tornado. I've been
praying for these people since I first heard about it.
I crashed my Olympus DS-50 the other day, and I can't get it to work.
lol. I'm not depressed about it either, but I'm having the Ds-50
With-Drawl's. lol. I miss it so much. Some times, I just take that
little loving thing and hold it and talk to it. lol.
Oh, this has been quite a day.
I called to talk to my younger brother, Harvey, today, but he was not
home, so talked to a friend today, Jana Pilcher, and her husband,
David, who lives with my brother, Harvey, and she told me that
Harvey had a stroke, this was about a week ago, in fact he had 2
strokes in one day. She called the ambulance and they took him to the
hospital. She tried to call my little brother, Joe, but he was gone
fishing, so she called his wife Deanne, and she went to where Harvey
was I guess when he was in the hospital, and Harvey was really mad
because Deanne was there. I guess Harvey was really mad at Jana for
calling the ambulance. She does not regret doing it. I told her she
saved his life.
The thing that bothered me, is that she didn't want me to tell anyone
that she told me. I just had to call my sister, Sherilyn, because she
deserved to know, and she didn't know.
I don't know what is the matter with my family. I just hate this kind of stuff.
My brother, Harvey sold his house and he's moving to Alaska.
Yesterday we went to Sioux Falls to get groceries at Sam's Club. It's
about a 100 mile trip one way. We drove in wind and rain, but we got
there safely. We spent a lot of money on groceries, and then stopped
at McDonalds and got something to eat, and we ate it on the way home.
We got home, and I put groceries away, after Vernon had halled them
in the house from the van.
It stormed here last night, but nothing seveer.
Today, we're just resting and doing our own thing. This morning we
had coffee up here and a half of a banana muffin, and then I made
breakfast which consisted of sausage and Vernon fried the eggs, and I
made the toast.
We sat and talked about High Definition TV and high definition radio.
I'm praying for all of you.
You are all precious and sweet, and made out of love, full of love,
and so very loving.
Here are some lovings and squeezings for all of you.
god Bless you all.
Loving you all,
Pat Ferguson
