I have now learned that the reason he is still alive is of course because of 
the Lord.  However, the surgeon explained to Vicki that the aneurysm was 
very large and so it had kind of walled itself off to keep much leakage from 
occurring.  Miraculous.  I have also learned that it is a left ventricular 
aneurysm.  The ventricle is one of the chambers in the heart.  I have done 
two other cases of this since I have been transcribing and those two didn't 
make it.

I have also learned that John's heart began acting very erratic prior to 
surgery.  \he is on Coumadin which keeps the blood from coagulating.  They 
usually reverse this with Vitamin K.  However, because his heart was so 
erratic they went ahead and started the procedure without reversing the 
Coumadin.  This is why there is a lot of bleeding.  I am asking everyone 
with great diligence to please pray against this bleeding.  It is very 
important that they get it under control.
