Kristine Penner indicated that she is still somewhat lactose intolerant
after many years on a GF diet. She said she can eat yogurt and cheese
however. My GI Doc said that the only dairy products that were OK for
those with lactose intolerance were yogurt and buttermilk. Cheese was not
allowed. Any thoughts on this?
