McDonald's Salad dressings

According to a recent letter from McDonald's (USA), their salad dressings
are all gluten free.  The local McDonald's has agreed to sell our local
celiac group packets of the salad dressing at cost.  I'd like to know if
the salad dressing is really gluten free????  If you email me privately,
I'll summarize this survey.
