Can anyone tell me if M&M's contain gluten.  Last night I suffered a pretty
bad reaction - and can only blame my overindulgent chocolate
craving--everything else I ate yesterday was harmless.
 
Also, I was wondering if alcoholic apple cider is gluten-free?  I've noticed
a lot of pubs in my area have it on tap now.  I haven't been able to get a
straight answer from anyone yet.
