Praying a filler person comes forward. A friend, relative, temp worker 
maybe? I've been there before and it is no fun, but you'll get through 
somehow. Perhaps borrow another vendor's employee for the day? Or maybe 
they have backup folks in cases of emergencies which you can avail 
yourself? Just a thought.
