I contacted

http://meals.ultrawellness.com

and they said that their meals were NOT gluten free.

A few months back I did try some meals from
http://www.glutenfreemeals.com which is similar concept.

It would be relatively pricey ($1000/month) to use as your sole source
of meals, but I thought maybe I could add a little extra variety to my
diet by purchasing a few meals to integrate with my regular ones.

Most of the dishes I bought (I only tried 10 different ones) were very
good.

However I was extremely dismayed to find that most of the meals
contained Sucralose (Splenda) in them. While of course Splenda is GF I
have a particular dislike for artificial sweeteners.

Personally I will never associate "Fresh, Healthy Meals" with an
artificial sweetener. Here is page on whole foods about Sucralose (they
won't carry products with it)
http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/wholebody/ingredients/sucralose.html

I wrote them a detailed note via the contact form expressing this
concern but did not receive a response.

Anyways... if someone is looking for something like this and doesn't
mind Splenda you might give them a try.
