Helen,
No matter what we believe about Heaven, we can definitely agree that the
lost need to be save. I'm praying for Jeremy's and Sarah's salvation.

>In my post with subject line Some Personal Thoughts, I mentioned grandsons
>who are addicted to alcohol and other drugs. In all fairness, I must say
>that 3 of the 5 are doing well, working and raising their children. Sad to
>say, though, that one has 4 babies, and is now serving time in Federal
>prison for some crime. I'm not sure what, but perhaps had to do with drugs
>and also illegal gun possession. The 5th grandson went downhill bad, and
>his mom is raising his 7-year-old daughter. However, the Lord worked it
>out so that he is now living with his mom and exposed to the gospel, the
>bible and church once again. Their pastor is not much older than he
>(Jeremy), has been through some of the sins that Jeremy has, and has
>befriended Jeremy, in the church and out of it.
>
>That's the background. I have 6 granddaughters, 5 of whom know and love
>the Lord. I learned yesterday that number 6 who does not (Sarah), along
>with Jeremy and his sister Amanda (who does know and love the Lord) have
>been chatting on My Space with 2 other granddaughters who love the Lord. I
>understand that Jeremy is asking many questions about spiritual matters,
>which Amanda, Maija and Sylvija can answer. I pray that these cousins will
>continue their close relationship, and that Jeremy and Sarah will submit
>their lives to our Lord Jesus Christ.
>
>One more thing and then I'll quit this. When Jeremy was 8 years old, he
>was at church with me and his mom, and when the altar call was given, he
>got off the seat and knelt on the floor facing the seat, with his hands
>folded in prayer, and asked Jesus to be his Saviour. I knelt beside him.
>That is a sweet memory for me, and to know that God is not slack in
>fulfilling His promises, Jeremy will come back to Him now.
>
>Just needed to share all that with you..........
