I haven't been able to justify the cost yet myself, but with the project I
am starting in the basement, it seems very necesary.
I used to do wood working and various projects all the time, but didn't
realize how much i depended on sighted assistance for measured cuts and
spacings and so on.
Also, since I am a ham and build antennas, the tape will be useful there as
well.
I have done a bit of research since I asked about the talking level and it
appears there are a few companies that make them...they emit a buz or beep
when they are on 0 level...which is all I need.
I will post my findings when i have exhausted the search.
