Hi Guys,
I called the water department to complain about something.  I don't know who
I was talking to but he said, I didn't understand then he went into a very
technical description of water shed etc.  I stopped him and asked him if he
understood a technical electronic question.  He said he didn't.  So, how am
I more ignorant than you?  I doubt if anything was accomplished but I think
I felt better.
