For heavens sake he is on the 19th or 20th floor of a high rise! Drop a
wire out the window when you want to operate and real it in when you are
done. What a signal on the lower bands!

He probably lives in a very upper class hi cost district no doubt, so
antennas are probably similar to bringing in rotting meet to sit on ones
door step.
Art should go and buy 1000 achers of tropical jungle and then he can run
