Hi everyone, I have Art Bell on right now, and he has managed to get an
antenna up for now at his condo. He has been operating on 20-meters, and
has noticed that where he is located in the Philipines 20-meters is active
at night and closed during the day. Art has talked with other hams in
China and Africa, and other places and they are also noticing that
20-meters is opening up after dark where they are and shut down during the
day. I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this? I would have
thought that 20-meters would be good during the day and would shut down at
night.
