hello,
I am clueless and i hate to say it because i am pretty much good with computers but this is a new one for me.  This is my first ever dvd and i have a dvd rom in this laptop but after the other movie previews i hear seemingly endless music that keeps repeating and sometimes sounds like it is rewinding a cassette.  is this just filler  until the movie actually starts or is this a junky laptop and cant handle it, or might the dvd be scratched/damaged?
I got this because I just signed up with netflix just to have something to do and maybe get a life, or a partial one lol
