If you are talking about the Dx, propagation, space and
general bulletins, you don't have to be a member to receive
them.
They are available by an automated service - I receive them
this way, but have been doing so for so long that I cannot
recall how I subscribed, but the following from a recent
header may help:

I'm pretty sure you have to do it form the web site. Seems a
couple of = those lists you can sign up via email, but I'm
pretty sure that's not 1 = of them.
