Hi;
I think there would be a drastic improvement.  One persons significant 
improvement is another persons minor improvement.  The only unfortunate 
thing about the 570 is that you can only have a cw or ssb filter.  The 440 
or 450 had options for both which was nice.
I personally found the audio dsp somewhat overrated.  Whether the dsp in the 
ts2000 is better I don't know.
