I may choose to visit my local Best Buy where I can at least have a
local take back option if it does not work.  I do not like the mail back
options.

Hi Brett,
The only thing I know is what the man told me, there doesn't seem to be
a
model number, ATT only has one model.  The number I used was 800 288
2020.
Good luck with them.  Call only when you have plenty of time.
