Perhaps it's the hour or perhaps the failing memory but I can not recall how 
to change the ofset from minus, plus, and simplex.  I have done it many 
times but have forgotten how.  Spend almost an hour looking through the 
manual on this computer as well as reference notes.

In this area, we have a repeater, 147.00/146.00.  The default in the rig is 
for a plus ofset for 147.

PPlease help.  I'll write it down!
