One problem you're going to run into is if you enable microphone controls you lose your auto-dials and I think you may
also lose your DTMF monitoring.  Someone may correct me on that last point.

Hi, all.

I just wanted to write a quick note saying that the instructions Kevin
(K7RX) provided for cross-banding with the TMV7A worked very well.  I tried
the method using the controls on the radio itself as Kevin outlined, and had
no problems at all.  Haven't tried doing it via the microphone number pad,
but I suspect that will work well also.

Again, this is a great list, and another example of the help you can get
just by asking.
