Hi, all.
This past week-end, I was running a communications net for a state-wide bike
tour that was coming through our area of Michigan, and I was using the TMV7A
as my main communications rig. After a few minutes of radio silence, I was
surprised when I checked the rig, and had no power. One of the circuit
breakers in the building I was operating from had tripped, and noone had
recognized the problem.
Is there any way to activate alert beaps on the TMV7A so you know whether
the radio is on or off? I am wondering if there is some sort of function
similar to the "on off" beaps in the THF6A?
If anyone can help with this, and tell me how to activate the beaps, I'd
appreciate the info.
I am about to head out of town, and will be able to check e-mail only
sporadically over the next few days, so I may not respond immediately.
Nevertheless, I will acknowledge replies, and try any suggested solutions,
as soon as I can.
Thanks to all for your help.
