Hi everyone,

I just came across this problem recently on my WIN98 P233MMX machine. I made a small change in the BIOS and disabled the power management feature. During bootup a message came up stating "Warning! CMOS configuration values set to defaults". I hit Continue(no other option) and now I get the load error message. Also, there is a Diskette Drive A error message that comes up before the other error message. I don't know if power management is the culprit or if this is a separate issue. I tried changing both the diskette drive and battery, but have come up empty handed. Any feedback would be helpful in resolving this problem.

Thanks,

Walter
