I only take a spoonful a day of CLO because of the vitamin A issue.
Do you have any data for vitamin D levels found in primitive equatorial
tribes? To me, the idea of supplementation seems unnatural and potentially
could cause imbalance in the body.
Maybe the low levels of vitamin D could be caused by a lack of something
else in our modern diets - perhaps minerals or other vitamins...?
