This is a recent find for me:

It means that if we are exposed to any of these frequencies, all the  
strictest paleo dieting cannot do what we want.
While the scientist only studied calcium ions, the same thing would happen  
to any mineral, just different frequencies.

Modern environment is full of electromagnetic radiation, detectable with  
expensive and rare equipment; one answer would be to live in a cave  
without electricity. :(
