Todd,

You couldn't pay me to live in Hawaii.  I'd be afraid the whole chain of
island might go under due to an earthquake.  Same goes for California, or
any place along the west coast for that matter.  I have friends out there
and others here who lived on the west coast and went through quakes.  No
way.  I hate sharks.  I own beach property in western Colorado, though, just
in case property value goes up when the whole western part of the United
States goes under water.
