Awhile ago I posted a query to the list about a particular brand of
bread machine. My bread machine paddle had gone thru the disposal and
was unusable and not replaceable (model too old).

Unfortunately nobody seemed to have any experience with the model of
bread machine I was contemplating buying.

However, while shopping for replacement machines on Friday it occurred
to me that maybe I don't need a paddle to make gf bread...after all, I
premix all the ingredients, because bread machines don't do a good job
mixing gf ingredients..and gf bread doesn't have to be kneaded (kneading
is for the gluten)..

So yesterday I tried using my old machine without the paddle, and it
worked just fine! Hooray - paddleless bread! Lynn
