My daughter lives in Denver, and she and both of her kids are gf, so I asked
her about their experiences in Breckenridge. Here is her reply......
There is a restaurant in Breckenridge called the Cellar. It is

phenomenal and they are very aware of food restrictions. All the food

is completely home-made and delicious. There is also one in Frisco

owned by the same people called Samplings. They are wine

bar/restaurants but even if you don't drink wine (my husband and I

don't) you will have an unforgettable meal. Oh and the service matches

the caliber of the food. Don't miss it!

Check them out at their website www.thecellarwine.com

Reservations are highly recommended.
