Hi,
We just had a terrific dining experience at a restaurant in Doylestown, PA ( 29 S. Main Street) called Stephanies. When I asked if they could prepare anything that would be gluten free, the waiter said that the chef's mother has Celiac so he is well aware of gluten free cooking. Evan, the che, came to our table and went through the menu, explaining what was already Gluten Free and what he could make gluten free for me. I asked him about the early bird menu and he focused on the dishes on that menu that I could safely enjoy.

The food was interesting and excellent. It was a great treat for me to be able to eat something other than "the plain chicken" that many restaurants suggest when you indicate you need your food be made gluten free. If you live in or near Bucks County PA, you might want to give it a try.

I have no connection with the restaurant. We just happened to pass it during a stroll through delightful Doylestown. We will certainly return.
