The West Palm Beach Celiac Support Group, a CDF Chapter, is providing a free
blood screening for celiac disease for at-risk individuals.


Appointments are now being taken for Blood Screening Day

PLEASE make your appointments ASAP.

We only have 125 free tests available.

This test is for at-risk individuals who have family members with CD, those
with symptoms related to CD or individuals affected by other autoimmune
disorders, commonly associated with CD.


This is your chance to encourage your friends, neighbors & family members to
finally be tested.

Cut off date for appointments will be Saturday, October 28th
