Spring registration for Gluten-Free 101, taught through Plano Parks and 
Recreation, is now open.  This 1 1/2 hour class takes you through the 
steps of adjusting to the GF lifestyle.  Participants will receive a 14 
page resource booklet, a Celiac Kids booklet, demonstrations, helpful 
information, samples and information from GF product manufacturers, 
samples from The Complete Book of Gluten-Free Cooking, and much more.
Choose between Friday March 30th, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., or Saturday May 
5th, from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.  Call Liberty Recreation Center to register at
