Neat. Are those about your average figures or are your averages different?
What stands out as a potential problem is that the carbs are so low and the
fat is below 70% while the protein is above 30% at the same time. Since
healthy fats are so hard to come by, I wonder if this risks edging into fat
imbalances (such as too much n-6 vs. n-3--olive oil and grapeseed oil are
both high in n-6, with grapeseed oil extremely so) or protein starvation
(the lowest-carb Inuit made sure to eat 70% fat when eating 0-1% carbs).
Perhaps these potential imbalances are why you wanted to try to eat less
protein? Can you eat other vegetables like radish, asparagus, cabbage or
seaweed, or nuts and nut milks (which could replace the soy creamer)? You
may have to try new vegetables to find some you can eat.
Protein is reportedly the most satiating food, but you are already close to
the maximum 35% of the range that Cordain recommends. Maybe your body is
craving some missing nutrients, since you can't get raw whale or seal meat
or you're not eating much fruits or veggies?
