You guys too? I didn't know it was SOP for CP kids. After a couple of
minor surgeries to remove blood clots under my scalp, the staff at C.R.I.
made me wear a boxer's helmet for several months.
CP 'kids" did I say? My last good one was when I was 28. Married a
month, & my bride came home for a quick break (is that PC enough?), just in
time to hear me trip over the threshhold in UT's married students' housing
& watch my head bleed on the wall. Took me to the infirmary to get me
sewn up, & was late getting back to work; after she explained what had
happened (& that I was CP), they fired her because they were afraid she'd
be off work too often!
