How are you making that measurement? If you use FM, 50 watts is all you
will get. That radio only put out 50 watts on FM. If you are getting 50
watts out on CW, that's another matter. Then, you really should try it on
a different supply to see if that is the problem. Also, I recall that the
TS430S that I had was quite touchy about SWR and rolled back the power
pretty quickly. Have you looked at the output on a dummy load? There are
a lot of issues here, and the power supply may not be at the root of it. I
think that some careful investigation might be needed.
