The other problem with setting up a shack in the apartment is you have lots 
more people fairly close to the radio who will scream tvi when their 
mindless tv show flickers.  I did everything possible at my prior qth and 
couldn't get rid of it.  After we moved to a location where the homes were 
not so close together, no tvi at all.  Even my mother in law was happy.
