I was put onto a program called VLC Media Player and once you get the hang 
of it, it seems pretty good. You can download it at:

Has anybody found a good program for navigating and playing dvd's on
the computer?  I don't care about video since I can't see it.  I
would like to be able to move between and with in tracks however.
