Hi Phil,
Yes there is an atomic talking watch out there.  The problem is that I had
the lady in the Center of the Blind order it for me and I don't remember
where.  I can ask her tomorrow if you haven't gotten the information before
them.  Sometimes it goes from updated to not updated and back again.  It
does keep great time though.
