yes thats true too, and remember, i don't know if this guy is affiliated 
with any of it but, i personally wouldnt do or use anything from or to do 
with, this guy, my view anyway is he will ask for help with this and that 
which is fine, e.g help with a webpage, then if the person answers him, he 
never writes back to the person but you go to the site, his page is 
already done like he never intended to get help or pay anyone for it 
anyway, but when you catch him on it, he'lkl say "i must have not gotten 
your email" so..if i see a message from him, i delete it
not sure who else if anyone has figured this out about him, him being otis 
blue, not to rat anyone out, just a little f.y.i
