I don't think any of the 7.x versions were good updates--too many frills at 
the expense of stability.  But, I've found some issues with Navigation 
Quick Keys and Word in version 7.0 that were cleaned up in Version 7.1.  On 
the other hand, the Internet Explorer performance on 7.1 stinks.
