The AIP works on both bands, the first step in the instructions is to select
the transmit band. In reply to Anthony's question about tx audio, I have
never noticed a problem with tx audio while using AIP.  This is a great
feature for me here in the dc metro area.  

Ray, hope you snag one of those mc45's.

back to the subject at hand, R&L has 2 of those mikes at 39.95  one of which
I am claiming dibs on *I hope* because 
of the CP in the fingers.  To the AIP I may have misread but I thought it
only worked on 440?
