I do it all the time with a 5 watt HT...but its very flat here and the
repeater antenna is up at the 240 foot level.
Also, its not consistent, you can be getting in to the repeater great, and
then 2 feet further to the left and you are completely gone....but again,
that is over 20 miles away using a ducky.
