I take glucosamine/chondrotitin/MSM. I can't vouch for the scientific basis, double-blind studies, rationale, or what it is standing in for which was in the HG diet but lacking in mine....but when for reasons of money, laziness, or forgetfulness, I don't take it for several days to a week, my joints tell me I need to go back to it.
