Haha, Trish, that's not called too much time on your hands...it's called GOOD THINKING, SISTER!!! But I'm not so sure it's the elite we need to worry about, although YES, in the long run, but you notice they don't mostly have the problems the rest of the population has...cuz they KNOW the stuff they finance and manufacture, etc., etc., is deadly, but they don't care. They make their money off of it and do their own thing because they can afford it. I could just about bet you that they don't take the drugs and ingest the crap food that their companies make and sell.
Love,

Wow. Well, since drinking only water got us this far in evolution, I say that's good enough.
I wonder if drinking and eating the SAD will lead to eventual de-evolution? It certainly has an impact on health and life expectancy...
I always think what a terrific story it would make; a future society divided into 2 groups: one "elite" group who cannot live outside of sterile bubbles, feeding only on engineered food items, infertile and unwilling to face their imminent extinction- believing the lies of their government. The other group healthy and robust, eating as nature intended, hiding in fear of being taken into captivity for breeding programs and genetic harvesting so the elite could live...
Trish (too much time on my hands, obviously).

The TV commercial that dropped my jaw was the one for Gatorade's new
Focus product featuring an animated Tiger Woods. They seemed to be
implying that drinking the stuff would make your mind work better.
