I identify with you on being told to eat things not wanted.  My mother would
serve cold cereal - "good stuff like shredded wheat or Grape Nuts" - and I
can remember it making my stomach feel sour.  As a teenager I had more
autonomy and I began eating canned tuna for breakfast.  I felt so much
