John. ... Good enough. ... Well, I think it's good to seal the connections 
on the RV, especially because you'll be moving at times, which, in my mind, 
might leave you more susceptible to moisture problems.  Also, of course, 
there's the need to wash the motor home every once in a while.

I always put the sealant on first, but a while back, someone told me I 
should do it in the reverse with electrical tape, and then the sealant.

Maybe it's just a matter of oppinion.
