Hi, folks.

Well, I'm sure that, by now, many of you have read the FCC's New proposed
rule change which will re-farm a lot of our HF frequency sub-bands.

Does anyone know when these new frequency allocations are going to take
effect?

I may have missed this somewhere along the line.
