Carol,
There is no special software to reply to a post or a message you see on
a BLOG, there is a link called comments, you would hit enter on that
link and scroll down until you hear something like leave a comment
here... and after writing your comment, you would hit the post button
and that will post your comment.

I've taken a look at your blog.  It's going nicely in the setup stages

now we just want to see those replies.

I'm not sure how you reply to a "blog" and whether you need special 
software, since I've never been really interested in doing my own, so 
perhaps you'd tell us.
