I'm going to be having diner at the Iron Cactus restaurant in Dallas on Thursday night. It looks like all their meat is marinated in tequila. I looked up tequila and it looks safe. What I found is that it is made from the agave plant, and some cheaper tequilas have sugar and/or corn added. Can anyone give me more information?
If anyone on this list has eaten safely at the Iron Cactus, what did you order?
