CELIAC SPRUE ASSOCIATION VENDOR FAIR
Incredible, Eatable, Food Fair!
LITTLETON, CO – April 26, 2007 – The Denver Metro Chapter of CSA/ USA is
sponsoring a Vendor Fair which will spotlight many of the gluten-free options
available to individuals with Celiac disease. The Fair will be held at St. Andrew
United Methodist Church, 3350 White Bay Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO, from
10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday, June 9, 2007.
Celiac disease is the most common genetic autoimmune disease, affecting
approximately 1 in 100 people. It is caused by ingestion of gluten (a protein in
wheat, barley, rye and possibly oats), and is characterized by damage to the
digestive system, and also affects multiple systems of the body.
The Fair will feature local and national vendors who serve the gluten-free
market. Mark your calendar to attend this fun, informative event.
